1. Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product.

Please note that used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.
